In early 2018, JYP still occupied this building, but they've since relocated into a much larger space. The restaurant across the street benefited from a lot of foot traffic, but the crowds of fans lining the sidewalk outside the restaurant in the hope of seeing one of their idols was somewhat reminiscent of a flock of vultures waiting for a meal to appear.
